By participating in The Next Viral Superstar Competition, all contestants acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for the content they create and submit.

The organizers, sponsors, partners, and management of the competition shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, disability, illness, or death that may occur during the production, recording, or creation of any submitted content.

Participants are strongly encouraged to refrain from engaging in any dangerous, illegal, violent, hazardous, or life-threatening activities while creating their entries.

Contestants are solely responsible for ensuring that all videos, music, audio recordings, images, graphics, and other materials included in their submissions comply with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property regulations, and third-party rights.

The organizers shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement claims, legal disputes, penalties, content removals, demonetization, or other liabilities arising from the use of copyrighted or unauthorized materials by contestants.

No advertisements, sponsored promotions, political messages, business promotions, branded marketing materials, or other promotional content may be included in any submission unless expressly authorized by the organizers.

Contestants must not promote any product, company, brand, organization, service, or individual within their entries without prior authorization. Any submission containing unauthorized promotional or advertising content may be disqualified or removed from the competition at the sole discretion of the organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any contestant or remove any submission that contains sexually explicit material, inappropriate attire, immoral conduct, vulgar language, hate speech, abusive or offensive content, misinformation, or any material deemed unsuitable for public viewing.

By registering for the competition, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive right to upload, display, publish, reproduce, distribute, promote, and share submitted content across official platforms for promotional, marketing, publicity, and competition-related purposes without additional compensation.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to comply with the competition rules, regulations, instructions, guidelines, eligibility requirements, or code of conduct.

The organizers further reserve the right to disqualify any contestant whose content is deemed offensive, unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of the competition rules and regulations.

All payments made in connection with the competition are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

By completing the registration process and participating in The Next Viral Superstar Competition, contestants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Disclaimer Notice and all applicable competition rules and regulations.
