Competition Disclaimer

This notice explains contestant responsibility, safety expectations, copyright obligations, content restrictions, organizer rights, and refund policy.

Personal Safety
By participating in The YouTube Popularity Champ Competition, all contestants agree to take full personal responsibility for the content they create and submit. The organizers, sponsors, partners, and management shall not be held liable for injury, accident, loss, damage, disability, health issues, or death sustained during video production. Participants are strongly advised to avoid dangerous, illegal, violent, risky, or life-threatening activities.
Copyright Responsibility
Contestants are solely responsible for ensuring that all videos, songs, sounds, images, and other materials used in submissions do not violate copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party ownership rights. The organizers shall not be held responsible for copyright infringement claims, legal disputes, penalties, strikes, takedowns, demonetization, or related liabilities.
No Unauthorized Promotion
No advertisement, sponsored promotion, political campaign message, business promotion, branded marketing material, or promotional speech may be displayed, mentioned, or advertised in submitted videos unless officially approved or instructed by the organizers. Videos containing promotional or advertising content may be disqualified or removed without prior notice.
Content Standards
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify contestants or remove videos containing sexually explicit content, indecent dressing, immoral acts, vulgar language, hate speech, abusive statements, offensive behavior, or content considered inappropriate for public viewing.
Publishing Permission
By registering, participants grant the organizers permission to upload, promote, display, publish, and share submitted videos on official platforms for promotional and competition purposes.
Disqualification and Refunds
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify contestants who fail to comply with rules, regulations, instructions, guidelines, or eligibility requirements. Content considered offensive, unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of competition rules may also lead to disqualification. All registration payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
